1. Design and Order Details After consulting with you, we'll design your custom cycling clothing to your exact specifications. You have a choice of cuts, inserts and high tech fabrics. We'll make sure that you are armed with the knowledge that you need to make the right decision for your team.
Whilst the design is in the works, the process can be made more time efficient by also deciding on your style cuts and additional options. For example, our jerseys are available in two cuts: Easy or Race fit; with zip options: 15cm, 3/4hidden and full. Also, for our cycling shorts and bibs we require a decision on cut (traditional, integrated, or quasi), fabric (lycra or compress tech), and chamois (3D or Neo). | 2. Confirmation Once all of your order details are finalized we will email you an ‘Order Approval’, which is a document containing all your order information. We require confirmation that all details in the Approval are correct prior to starting production. We don't want you to have any concerns so we will send you out a mini garment so you can confirm the colours and design. This way you don't receive any unwanted surprises with your order. 3. Manufacture Your garments are manufactured using the latest developments in cuts, fabrics and advanced sublimation technology that results in vibrant colours that won’t fade, lose shape or fall apart. For new orders, the manufacturing process also includes that we will post you a swatch sample of your design prior to printing your order to ensure all colours, logo’s etc are correct. 4. Delivery We aim to deliver in less than 20 working days, so you can look forward to hitting the open road in your new kit! |
