Shipping Information

Australia:

Deliveries within Australia are made using Australia Post express post satchels which take 1 – 5 business days for metropolitan areas (may take longer for country areas).

Deliveries are charged at a flat rate of $10.00, no matter how much you buy.

All deliveries will receive a tracking number and can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au.

Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or your package will not be delivered.

New Zealand:

New Zealand deliveries are made using Australia Post’s Airmail service which takes 3 to 10 business days. The flat rate is $25.00.

Rest of World

Deliveries for the rest of the world are made using Australia Post's international express rates and may take between 10 - 15 business days.

Please note:

• Freight is applicable at cost unless otherwise agreed.
• Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
• We deliver products world wide. Shipping times are estimations only
• VENTOU is not held responsible for delivery times, all times are indications given by Australia Post, and will not be responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country
• We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. If you are a customer requiring delivery to a Residential Address, and can not be available for delivery you must leave a note providing information on where your order can be left.
• Please note that redelivery charges may be applicable if your order can not be left at the address provided.

Returns & Exchanges

At VENTOU your satisfaction is our highest concern.

Our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent. Although our products are of high quality things don't always work out or you may have purchased the wrong size or colour. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less postage costs – no questions asked.

All items returned for exchange or a credit note must be returned in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item – This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.

If returning an item

• You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 7 days of the date of delivery.
•  In the case of items being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of additional carriage charges.
