Vibrant,
long lasting colours are achieved through our advanced SDS printing
technologies. Sublimation
Printing is a process where a design is printed onto paper then
heat transfered onto fabric.It then dyes the fabric fibres and
imbeds forever without leaving any traces on the surface allowing
total breathability to enhance performance. Sublimation is only
transferable onto polyester based fabrics, not on t-shirt cottons.Screen
printing sublimation ink onto paper is them most effective way
to produce the best results unlike the digital printing methods
where only a minimal layer of color is dispersed onto the paper
so they tend to fade out after a few months. |

Jerseys
are made from ICE 3d fabric
ICE (Inner Cooling Efficiency) mock mesh fabric wicks body moisture
in 3 dimensions away from the skin. Multi-filament yarn (144
filaments per thread) is a soft comfortable fabric and rapid
moisture wicking whilst breathability is promoted through the
textured surface allowing for more rapid air flow and evaporation.
ICE 3d has a Skin Protection Factor of 50+, making it suitable
for extended periods outdoors. |

Wind
Vests - lightweight wind and
shower resistant vests with breathable mesh back.Our
printing expertise allows us to print on the vests rear mesh
making your kit look identical regardless of wearing jerseys
or vests. Vests are made from Micro Weather Protection fabric
- a very versatile fabric that provides functional wind and
rain protection without sacrificing its breathable qualities.
